Where Are the Women in Cyber?

Let’s Run the Numbers

  •  In 2022, the cybersecurity field employs 24% women and 2% LGBTQ+ minorities. We want to boost those numbers.

  • By 2030, when 75% of the workforce will be Millenial and Gen-Z. We hope to foster a more diverse, inclusive, and representative environment to welcome the next generation.

  • Cyber can change the lives of so many traditionally held back by systemic bias. We want everyone to share in that possibility and success.

Meet the Cyber Queens

Women often shift to cyber as a secondary career.

We want to encourage women to make a career in tech their first choice.
